KnowMyFace Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of KnowMyFace, including its public pages, photo-analysis tools, free results, Complete Reports, account features, downloads, and support channels. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Permission

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You may upload only a photo of yourself or a photo you are authorized to use for face analysis. Do not upload another person’s photo without their knowledge and the permission required by applicable law. Additional consent may be required for a minor.

What KnowMyFace Provides

KnowMyFace analyzes visible appearance in a submitted photo. Results can include face and feature shape, explainable photo measurements, a photo-specific appearance-age estimate, an optional photo-specific attractiveness estimate, hairstyle structure, makeup placement, and visible cosmetic skin observations.

Results are informational and depend on the submitted image. Camera angle, lens distance, lighting, focus, expression, hair, makeup, filters, and obstruction can affect them. A category or estimate is not a permanent fact about a person.

KnowMyFace does not provide identity recognition, legal age verification, medical diagnosis, mental or personality assessment, health advice, treatment, or surgical recommendations. Attractiveness results are aesthetic estimates for a photo and are not measures of a person’s value. Face age is appearance-based and is not biological age. Skin observations are cosmetic and are not medical care.

Your Photos and Content

You keep the rights you have in photos and other content you submit. You grant KnowMyFace a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, prepare, process, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service you requested. This license does not give us the right to sell your face photo, publish it as a public profile, or use it for unrelated advertising.

You are responsible for having the rights and permission needed for submitted content. You are also responsible for copies you download or share after they leave the service.

Accounts and Private Access

You may use a private visitor session or save reports to a verified account. Keep report links and email sign-in links confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials under your control and must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Reports are not designed as permanent storage. Face photos and report objects are retained for up to 180 days unless deleted sooner. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Complete Report Purchases

Complete Report packages are one-time purchases for the number of reports stated on the pricing and checkout pages. Each report in a package contains the same report features. Prices, currency, taxes, and the final amount are shown before payment.

Purchases are connected to eligible face analyses. Your statutory cancellation or refund rights, if any, are not limited by these Terms. For a payment problem, duplicate charge, or refund request, please contact us with the billing email and order details. Do not send full card information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload a photo you have no right or permission to use;
• use the service for surveillance, identity matching, legal age decisions, employment screening, insurance, credit, housing, healthcare, or another high-impact decision;
• use a result to harass, shame, rank, discriminate against, or make sensitive inferences about a person;
• attempt to access another person’s private report or bypass access controls;
• overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• submit malware, unlawful content, or content intended to exploit the service; or
• misrepresent a report as medical advice, scientific certification, or an objective judgment of a person.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or secure the service.

Intellectual Property

KnowMyFace owns or licenses the website design, software, brand, report format, and original service content. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use your private result, downloaded report, and share card for personal, lawful purposes, subject to the rights of anyone shown in the source photo.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but analysis can be unavailable, interrupted, or unable to form a reliable core result from a particular photo. We may change or discontinue features, pricing, or access rules. Material changes will be reflected on the relevant public page or in an updated notice.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every photo will be analyzable, that results will be error-free, or that a recommendation will produce a particular appearance or outcome. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use the information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KnowMyFace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by unauthorized sharing of credentials under your control. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The revised date will appear on this page. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
